What we process and why
When you email or call us, we process the information you give us (e.g. your name, company, email address, phone number, the content of your enquiry and any drawings) to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and fulfil your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep our correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep invoice and sales records because tax and accounting law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry or order and any related claims. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
Who we share it with
Data may be passed to companies that help us run the business: our web hosting and email providers (hosting and email: OVH Sp. z o.o.), our accountants and courier companies, only as far as they need it to provide their services.
Cookies and third-party services
This site does not use cookies for tracking or analytics.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google.
The Google map in the Contact section loads only after you click “Show map”. From then on, Google may set cookies under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
Giving us your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry or fulfil an order.
