We turn, mill and press parts in steel, stainless, cast steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and plastics, and we machine welded assemblies too. Most of our work is series production, but short batches and single parts are welcome too.

Four processes in one shop, so a part can go through several of them without changing suppliers.
- 01
CNC turning
Shafts, bushings, pins, rings and threaded parts. With six CNC lathes (turning length up to 550 mm) we can run several batches side by side.
- 02
3-axis CNC milling
Plates, housings, brackets and enclosures on vertical mills with a 600 × 400 × 400 mm envelope. Pockets, slots, holes and threads, done in as few setups as the part allows.

4-axis CNC milling
Six horizontal machining centres with envelopes up to 800 × 700 × 800 mm. A rotary fourth axis lets us machine several faces without re-clamping. Fewer setups mean shorter cycle times and consistent parts across long runs.

Stamping and blanking
Sheet-metal parts punched and formed on an eccentric press: washers, tabs and simple profiles. The right choice for high volumes.

About us
Auer is a machine shop in Tatary, near Koźmin Wielkopolski in western Poland, in business since 2011. We turn, mill and press parts on our own machines, from one-offs to production runs.
We employ a small team of machine operators. Over the years we have built relationships with companies across many industries, and our parts are used both in Poland and abroad.
Frequently asked questions
Do you make one-off parts?
Yes. Most of our work is series production, but we also take on short batches and single parts.
How do I ask for a quote?
Email is best: send a drawing or 3D model, the material and the quantity to biuro@auer-cnc.pl. You can also call during working hours.
Which file formats do you accept?
STEP, DWG and PDF. No drawing? Describe the part or send a photo with dimensions.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the part and the batch size. We give you a lead time together with the quote.
Can I supply my own material?
Yes. We work with our own material or with material supplied by the customer.
Can parts be heat-treated or coated?
Yes, we can arrange it. We work with partner companies that handle heat treatment, anodising, zinc plating, black oxide and more. Tell us what you need and we will include it in the quote.
How do I get my parts?
Collect them in Tatary or have them sent by courier.
